Why I made this
“I can do this because I've been where you are.”
Not so long ago, I was stuck in the same exhausting cycles - attracting emotionally unavailable men, second-guessing myself, and wondering why love felt so hard when I was doing everything 'right.' I was unaware of my shadows and projections, and how they were quietly sabotaging my chance at lasting love.

After years of exploring the dynamics of attraction, healing old wounds, and learning how to approach relationships in a whole new way, I made it my mission to share what I'd learned. For the past decade, I've been guiding women through the messy, tender, and powerful process of transforming their love lives from the inside out.
Along the way, I've co-authored a book with my psychiatrist father, and shared my work in places like Cosmopolitan, Mamamia, Body+Soul, ABC Radio, podcasts, and even a few segments on The Morning Show on Channel 9.
But more than any feature or title, what I care about most is helping women like you break old patterns and create the kind of extraordinary love they once thought was out of reach.
